• Pay: $65,000 - $100,000
  • Location: Wakefield, Ma
  • Hours: M - F 7am - 3pm
  • Full Time

Job Duties

  • Repair, replace and trouble-shoot existing HVAC equipment
  • Perform seasonal precision tune ups
  • Sell and develop Preventive Maintenance programs to potential and existing customers
  • Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or under-performing systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
  • Participate actively in all training and ongoing education

Job Requirements

  • HVAC, HVAC/R skill set desired
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems
  • Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Must have passion for exceptional service
  • Must be available for on-call rotation
  • Universal EPA license (preferred)
  • Refrigeration license (preferred)

Experience:

  • 3 years HVAC Installation Exp.
